DAY 44

So today I attempted the two ingredient pancakes.
They were delicious. :-)
I still can't believe they only contain bananas and eggs.
I topped it off with my gluten free golden syrup and frozen blueberries.

The recipe I used can be found on:

For lunch I had a Banana, Blueberrie, Sweet Almond,Pumpkin Seeds, Honey,Ice and Milk smoothie.

For dinner I had jollof rice.

As I was on the go I didn't have time to make breakfast so I had a banana and tracker bar.

My mid morning snack was a delicious all bran and apple muffin with some tea.
It was so good I'm gonna attempt to try and make my own version. :-)

For dinner I had couscous with olives and chicken.

So for breakfast I had tea and porridge with pumpkin seeds and goji berries.
For lunch I had jacobs crackers with olives and cherry tomatoes.

I also had some yoghurt with walnuts and goji berries.
I was soooo hungry today and I don't know why.

Later on I ate some more cherry tomatoes and olives.

For dinner I ate noodles with salad and some chicken wings.

- Fruits or nuts always seem to quench the gap in between meals.
Do I eat too much fruit?

I really wanted to make pancakes today but I forgot to buy eggs. Lol
I found a great recipe on this blog:

For breakfast I had Dragon Fruit and Strawberries and a bowl of weetabix.
My mid morning snack were some crackers with philapdelphia light some cherry tomatoes and some olives.
It tasted like pizza! Seriously! Try it. :-)

I also had tea and my usual intake of water.

Later on in the evening I had a Banana, Dragon Fruit and Strawberry smoothie along with some Walnuts and Goji Berries.

Hope you all had a wonderful Sunday. :-)

Later on in the evening I had a fruit platter.
I seem to be craving fruit alot.

Don't forget to check my keek channel and instagram for daily updates. :-)

Hello everyone, how you doing?
Thank God its the weekend right? :-)
Is anyone else hating this crappy weather we've been having?

So this morning on this lovely cold, soggy, day I had porridge with frozen Blueberries and Mangos.
I wasn't really hungry while out, so I just snacked on some cashews I had with me.

When I got home I had some Ryvita Bread with light Philadelphia and some cherry tomatoes.

For dinner I had Feta cheese salad with slow roasted tomatoes.
I only ate about half as it was sooo filling

A few hours before bed I had a cup of Green Tea.

I'm slowly becoming really obsessed with fruit again and I found myself at Lewisham Market today, wanting to buy everything in sight.lol
Everything is sooo cheap!!
I stacked up on my usual supplies and also picked up some Dragon Fruit which I can't wait to try.

I've always wanted to try it and have heard it resembles a similar taste to kiwi.
Have any of you tried Dragon Fruit? Do you like it?

I posted alot of what I ate on my keek channel, so be sure to check that out.
Wishing you all a lovely weekend. :-)

Hey friends,
I feel much better today. :-)
Today I had yoghurt with etc etc same ingredients from yesterday (check previous post).
I did't really feel hungry throughout the day however I did consume alot of water.

For dinner I tried to choose something healthy as I was on the go, so I opted for a Salmon
potato salad from M & S and a Mango,Pineapple and Passion Fruit Smoothie.

It was delicious.
I want to eat Salmon everyday. Lol

I picked up a few things, some I needed and others I wanted to try.
This haul is live on my keek channel, you can watch it here:

Finally got my olives.
Stacked up on my usual nuts and seeds.

I can't wait to try these.

Can't wait to try this syrup its gluten free.
Anyway thats it for today,
see you in tomorrows post.

Hello all,

Hope you're all well? :)
As you may know it's that horrible time of the month for me and usually around this time I don't eat ,I just consume water as mentioned in my prior post.

It's been extremely difficult to eat around this time but I'm glad I'm managing to soldier through.

For breakfast I had warm weetabix with honey with some frozen, bananas, blueberries and strawberries

At lunch time I was in serious pain so I just drank hot water.
When I'm in pain the worst thing I can do is eat.
I waited for the pain to pass a bit and had some yoghurt with the all bran golden crunch, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sweet almonds.
I had to eat something before I could take my medicine.

For the rest of the day I continued to inhale water.Lol

When the pain had finally passed I felt extremely hungry so I opted for a Jacket potato with salad.

Later on I had a blueberrie smoothie.

I feel so much better since dinner.
I'm glad I ate because I would probably be really hungry right now and end up eating crap.
Hopefully tomorrow will be much better.

Before I go I'd just like to share this video I found on youtube with some great stretches for menstrual cramps, they really helped in giving me instant relief.
My favourite stretch was the knee crossed over, I wanted to stay in that position forever. Lol
I will put all Judy's links below:

The pain is real!
Breakfast this morning was friggin delicious.
I had Onken natural yoghurt mixed with a bit of Activia cereals, watermelon, all bran golden crunch, pumpkin seeds, sweet almonds and sunflower seeds.
I could eat it everyday, I think I'm going to start making it on the go.

I didn't have a proper lunch today only a banana, some more watermelon and a yoghurt.

For dinner I ate chicken noodle soup with spinach, peppers, mushrooms etc.
I hope tomorrow is better.  :-(

So I started off my day with a delicious porridge mixed with frozen strawberries, blueberries, sweet almonds and pumpkin seeds.
As always it was delicious. :-)

I found it extremely hard to eat today as I was in soooo much pain.
I suffer from severe abdominal cramps and during this time I don't really eat, I just drink hot water.

For lunch I managed to make myself a smoothie which consisted
of the usual, strawberries, blueberries, banana, sweet almonds, pumpkin seeds,
honey, ice and milk but this time I added spinach.
I wanted as much iron as I could get. Lol

I didn't really eat much later on...
For an afternoon snack I had some walnuts, a banana and some yoghurt.

For dinner I ate a jacket potato with some left over rice from yesterday
with some peppery baby leaf rocket.

Does anyone else suffer from severe cramps and end up loosing their

Hey all, hope you had a lovely weekend.
For breakfast this morning I had a Blueberrie,Strawberry, Banana, Sweet Almonds,
Pumpkin Seeds, Honey, Ice and Milk smoothie.
It was delicious!

My mid morning snack was Activia Cereals yoghurt and some walnuts.
Try it! :-) It's the best snack ever.

For lunch I had brown rice with red beans, sweet potato and two small pieces of chicken.
For dinner I had Scottish style chicken & leek flavour soup to which I added spinach and mushrooms.

I also had my usual cuppa tea and drank water with each meal.
I'm actually surprised how full I am as it looks like I hardly ate today.
I've been drinking sooo much water which is good but annoying as I always need the loo.

What did you all eat today?
Let me know in the comments.

Before I get into what I ate today, I just want to share some things I picked up:

I've been reading up on the different benefits of nuts and seeds and
have decided to add them in my cereal and smoothies.
I picked up some Sweet Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds, Walnuts and Sunflower Seeds.

I also picked up these lovely jars to store them in for £1 each.

What I ate today:

I had porridge and frozen blueberries for breakfast.
It kept me full throughout the day and is quickly becoming one of my favourite morning meals. :-)

As today is Saturday and I have been good throughout the week I decided to allow myself a treat, which were caramelised peanuts...I had about 10.
For dinner I ate Vegetable Lasagne and later on snacked on some of my new purchases.

Before bed I'm drinking tea.❤

Hope you all had a lovely day.

Welcome to my "Daily Food Diary".
Here I will document what I've eaten daily and share my journey to becoming the best version of myself possible.

It's a place for me to track my progress and see what works and what doesn't.
Think of it as an open diary. (Eeeeeeeek)
This is me indirectly holding myself accountable for everything I put in my body.

I've always had an unstable comfort eating relationship with food for as long as I can remember and at 28 I've decided to nip it in the bud.

I'm some what of an emotional eater...
Always eating my feelings when I'm not in the best of moods which is extremely hard to control especially because of my disorder.
I've had enough of this kind of behaviour and decided to do something about it!
I don't have a set goal yet, but overall I would like good health and for my thighs not to touch. Lol

I plan to incorporate exercise into my new lifestyle once I've dropped a reasonable amount of weight I'm happy with and share some healthy recipes, tips I create/find along the way.

Feel free to join me on this journey by tagging your pics with:

and the day you're on e.g. #DAY365

I've been inspired by so many people on instagram, facebook and youtube,
I thought to myself if they can do it why can't I? Lol

Don't forget to follow me on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Keek for random updates.
