I've been trying to make healthier choices when it comes to food, so to take into account what I eat I thought I'd share bits and pieces on here. :-) I do plan to start up my Daily Food Diary again but it's in the process of getting a makeover. Documenting what I eat has always helps me stay on track...Anyhoodle this morning I whipped up some Spinach Scrambled Eggs, Sliced Plum Tomatoes and Avocado. Yum!
