This past week I tried carrots in my smoothie, replaced the milk for plain yoghurt and added a variety of different fruits.
I also chopped, bagged and froze my fruit beforehand which made things alot easier.
I also made what I call a Spinach and Mushroom Omelette Egg McMuffin.
It was delicious...much better than McDonalds and healthier too. :)

Next week I'm gonna try some of my smoothies without milk/yoghurt/honey.
Just a little experiment I'm trying. :)
