At the moment my hair regimen consists of me:
-Spraying lemon juice on my scalp before every wash
-Cowashing every other day or when my hair feels like it
-Deep conditioning 2x a week
-M&S every other day
-BTR's 2-3x a week
-Always airdry
-Shampoo wash 2-3x a month or when my hair feels like it
-I also take silica tablets for hair nails and skin
NOTE: The longer into my stretch I am the more I cowash.
I am currently 16 weeks post.
I think my regimen is pretty simple. :)
